The unique Tosela Pennar
Among the mountain jewels we produce there is one which owes its national popularity to our dairy: Tosela Pennar (also said Tosella), a fresh cheese which, cut into slices, keeps its form even if cooked like a steak.
It has been produced since very old times by the farmers of the Altopiano, but we were the first to sell and to promote it in our shops. We follow the secrets of ancient tradition and we make it a unique and unparalleled cheese till today.

Asiago DOP “mountain product”, Pennarone Pennar, Grana Padano, Gran Pennar di Montagna, Caciotte di Montagna, Formaggio Vezzena, Ricotta, Palle di Neve, Crema di Formaggio Pennar, Kasatella e Yogurt.
